Dedicated, local artisians, focused on sustainable woodworking
Handcrafted right here in Illinois. We are two local artisans who enjoy woodworking in our spare time. We have a real passion for the work we do, and strive to provide high quality goods, made from sustainable practices, for very reasonable prices to our clients. Sustainability
With a few exceptions, nearly all of our products are made from locally milled lumber, reclaimed lumber, or wood from our own homesteads. Preserving the future of our forests is important to us, so each year we plant about 100 native trees, shrubs, and other plants. We encourage everyone to plant native as well!
Goal of 0% Waste
We aren’t quite there yet, but we strive to make usable products from every scrap of wood we have in order to minimize environmental harm. We even compost our sawdust! Your purchase, particularly of the smaller items, will help us toward our goal of 0% waste.
